The 48 Hour Guarantee
Nobody wants to hire a creative, wait three weeks, and realise they completely missed the brief.
Within 48 hours of calling "wrap" on location, a watermarked sheet of hero selects lands on your screen. If those initial frames don’t match the brief we shook hands on, we reshoot those setups on our own dime before we bill the balance. Simple as that.
House Rules on Logistics
Travel & Stays: Shoots within 100 km of our Sydney base incur zero travel fees. If we are hauling out to red dirt, tracking trails through a national park, or staying overnight, accommodation, fuel, and location permits are billed strictly at cost. Zero agency markups. Zero phantom fees.
Live Sites & Active Yards: You don’t need to halt your factory line or shut down the park for us. We wear steel caps and hi vis, we give forklifts the right of way, and we never ask your team to hold a reflector. We stay out of your hair and let your people work.
Calendar Space: To make sure final assets land within 5 to 10 business days without cutting corners on the grade, we only take on three commercial production bookings per month.
The Terms: 50% down to lock the calendar date, 50% on final file handover. Tier 3 Annual Partners bill on the first of each month.
